Confidentiality of Software
I agree that the Software contains proprietary information, including trade secrets, know-how and confidential information, that is the exclusive property of 8rain Station, LLC. During the period I am granted access to the 8rain Station website, and at all times after access termination, I shall maintain the confidentiality of this information and not sell, license, publish, display, distribute, disclose or otherwise make available this information to any third party, nor use any such information except as authorized by 8rainbets. I shall not disclose any such proprietary information concerning the Software, including any data, screenshots, or analysis, to anyone else without the prior written consent of 8rain Station, LLC.

Sharing of Bets
I understand that 8rain Station Members' sharing of individual bet analyses for marketing purposes is allowed and encouraged, as are results from the 8rain Station bet tracker. Sharing multiple bets simultaneously or in succession is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of 8rain Station, LLC, as this activity may be considered theft of intellectual property and will be met with account termination and possible legal action.

Limitation of Liability
I understand that 8rain Station is software which performs real-time data analytics on live market data, and that feature unavailability, software bugs, bad data, and incorrect calculations may present themselves at any time. Any bets made based upon any information from 8rain Station is done completely at my own risk. I agree to not attempt to hold 8rainbets liable for any actions or consequences resulting from my use of this software.

Responsibility of Bets
I acknowledge 8rain Station, LLC, is not responsible for any bets I choose to make based on analytics, research, or implied recommendations from the software or data within. I understand 8rain Station is a tool for analysis only, and neither requires nor endorses any specific gambling strategies, sportsbooks, or related activities. Please gamble responsibly.

Data Use and Sharing
I agree to allow 8rain Station to track the betting activity I enter through the website. This data may or may not align to actual bets made, and 8rain Station performs no role in the action of placing bets with any gaming institution. I agree to allow 8rain Station to use and share my individual bets anonymously and to aggregate and identify patterns among 8rain Station users.

Community Standards
I agree to abide by the Community Standards and rules outlined on the 8rain Station web application, website, or related social media communities. I understand social features are a privilege, and may be restricted temporarily or permanently if I violate the community standards in any way, as determined at the discretion of approved moderators or 8rain Station management. 8rain Station membership may also be revoked for violations of Community Standards, or at the discretion of 8rain Station management.
